I've been going to TLC Pet Salon for several years. They are very friendly and do a GREAT job with my Buster. They always follow my special instructions without having to be told every time, and they have done so since the beginning. Plus, my little guy has arthritis and they must be very careful with him because he never acts like he's hurting when I bring him home, which is not the case with other groomers (including my vet). In fact, the only reason I've taken Buster to another groomer at all was because TLC is a bit of a drive for me, but they are well worth it! I highly recommend!!!

I dropped off my dog and asked for a trim. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I was horrified! My dog was completely shaved, he had no hair! Although they did manage to leave patches of hair all over including half of his tummy! Not to mention the nicks all over! I was so upset; I cannot believe they cut my dog with those clippers taking ALL of his hair off (with the exception of those patches throughout)! I guess whoever does the grooming is not very well trained. I will never ever return there and hope that no one else does for the sake of their dog not only looking funny after leaving but also because of the pain from being cut with clippers!!!
