Carolyn at the office is so sweet and readily available to help with any of your concerns, if you need help wiith something regarding the attendant or general concerns...or a schedule change ..or you are going out of town(which we did often) you know your parents will be in the best of care .It was a blessing to go away worry free. Most of all the attendants were professional and I couldnt have asked for anyone better. When I first started care, I callled around and while I was referred by a local community hospital , TLC was the only place that was on all the hospitals I called and well endorsed by the community. I am so grateful.
