I could'nt be Happier !!! Great Guys !!!! by Girlstuff - 10/26/2009I brought my car in to be Tinted with my 3 kids Tint Specialists assured me they would be as fast as they could!(They Completed my car in less then 90 Minutes) "I was a little nervous" But my kids settled right in to the nice play area. And I was able to catch up on work on my computer. Clean & Professional. I was very Happy !!! I recomend Tint Specialists to everyone!
Great Window Tint, and Customer Service by Mike13 - 10/15/2009I recently was refered by the local BMW dealer where to have my BMW 550 tinted, and they directed me to "Tint Specialists" in Murray, Ut. They carry a full line of Llumar Tints, as well as they are the only "Formula One" Dealer's in Utah, which has a fully Transferrable Nationwide Lifetime Warranty. They have the cleanest shop I have seen, as well as the waiting room was very comfortable. They did my car in the alotted time, and got me in and out very fast. I was so pleased, that I had to come and write a review.
Great experience by John - 07/28/2009Most stores quote the lowest price when someone calls in. Then when you get there, they explain the options. That is not bait and switch. That is having options.I ended up getting their top of the line tinting and I love it. The best part is the heat blocking. They comfort level is much much better. I am so please I am getting my wife's Grand Cherokee done this Saturday. It has factory tinting, but after the experience with my car. The factory tinting is worthless.
BAIT AND SWITCH... QUOTE ONE THING SALE ANOTHER by fordman021060 - 02/04/2009I went into Tint Specialists to have my car tinted based on a quote that they gave me over the phone. When I got there the guy tried to get me to pay $300 + to have my car tinted. I was quoted $169.00 on the phone. I do not appreciate the "BAIT AND SWITH" routine thatthey pulled on me, so I left and had my car tinted at another shop. I won't go back to "BAIT AND SWITCH SPECIALISTS"
Good work poor customer service by Ghiby - 06/22/2008I had to tint the windows on my sedan just to make it nicer.
They have great quality materials - maybe the best, but I am not sure yet as I'm not a specialist in the area so I can't compare.
They also have good tint technicians that will do the work on your car.
However I would say they lack some customer service skills. And here I know what I'm talking about, because I work every day in this field and with hundreds of customers every week.
What I didn't like it was the way they explained to me the difference between the different transparency of the tint film and what to chose in order to be legal and to pass inspection with no problem.
Now they know better so I will not argue the expertise. But the way they put it in words for me, the way they presented how it should work it was quite rude.
I already paid at that time, otherwise I would have left to another window tint shop.
Bottom line, I have a Suburban as well and I already did it with another shop.
