Asked to have install of services on Monday June 27. The schedule system said that time was open. I payed my money then. Last week. I got no follow up e-mail. System said 24 hours. When i asked Time Warner they said i was scheduled to be installed on June 30. This is not right. Why change the schedule without my approval ? You had time to take my payment (For the June 27 appointment). But you don't have time to live up to you end of the deal ? This is bed business. I am a very unhappy person with Time Warner. You will read this statement again in a future blog and other places. What a way to treat a new customer.

Time Warner Cable will come out and troubleshoot whatever is wrong with your phone and cable unlimited times. I thank you for your customer service everytime I've called I've received the most professional indiviudual on the other line regardless how I may be responding to my own situation. Keep up the good work.
