Best in Town by Union Park Resident - 09/16/2009Mr. Benjamin has maintained our home's air conditioning system for years with absolutely the highest levels of professionalism. He has always split out for us what the options were, what needed done versus what could be done and provided timely service whenever we needed help fast. We are also paying less in utilities becsuse of his help.
Buyer Beware by ccd1977 - 07/31/2009All Tim did was tell me I was wasting his time and money. He refused to help me because he assumed I would not pay $800 -$1000 for his service. Told me how expensive it was to run a company and that I wasted his money and 3 other peoples money with my phone call. All I did was explain to him what the air conditioner was doing and he just started rambling on about money and how poeple always complain about prices. Don't go here! Buyer beware. Don't let the nice guy voice fool you either.
