"Quality Work At Affordable Prices" - Absolutely True! by Mike Oster - 11/11/2009No job is too small for Ken. I had a bedroom light that was not working. Ken figured it out and had it fixed within 10 minutes. It had to do with the incorrect wiring of a light switch in another bedroom (which was my DIY mistake). I had called him on a Tuesday. He was in Wednesday morning to fix it. He offered to do it sooner but I wasn't in a huge rush. The cost was very reasonable. And to top it all off, Ken is a real pleasure to talk to and work with. Anyone I know seeking a referral for an electrician will get his name from me.
Get way more than you Pay for by Mr Mahan - 08/10/2009Last year, I needed some dead circuits fixed. They were fixed in an hour, and I was charged a rate I thought was too low. Ken said it was the fair rate. He could have charged me much more. A very fair man. He also fixed another socket for my rental in no time flat. Same fair rate.This year I wanted to wire a new patio for lights and power. They showed up exactly on time with fully equipped van, a backhoe, and a crew. At the end of the day, I had power in all three places, extra conduit for future power, free consultation for future projects I am considering, my inspection permit posted, and he even took me to another high end job he completed that gave my wife and I several great ideas. Ken also showed me a few other completed jobs on two other properties. He took a lot of time to ensure I got what I wanted. If you ever need a professional electrical install and understandable explination, call Thurston Electric FIRST!!!
Totally Amazed by MJ - 06/04/2009I would like to tell my little story to you all.� Never, and I mean Never!�>>> call on anyone who knows electrical work somewhat!� Or someone who is just learning about to be an electrician!� Something I did and shouldn�t have done.� What a big mess I made and the can cost!!!Call professionals. (Thurston Electrical) It will be cheaper down the line and�.. And they will leave a smile on your face and a price you can afford.� The Chief electrician (Ken) had impressed me very much! He is old school when it comes to customer�s satisfaction! And he stands on it whole heartedly.� Very Rear now and days.� I recommend Thurston Electrical and the crew(Mike and Oliver) to come into anyone home, or business, and leave the same smile and satisfaction as they had my wife and me.
