Unacceptable Lack of Customer Service - Three Brothers Bowie. There will be a cashier at every register for a total of three cashiers, two taking carry-out order calls with only one of the cashier's taking customer orders in the restaurant, and as soon as that one cashier finishes taking the order of an actual customer in the store, with patrons waiting to be rung-up, that one cashier picks up the phone to take a carry-out order -- so all three cashiers were on the phone taking carry-out orders while patrons in the restaurant waited for an available cashier. I just blurted out, "Could someone ring me up please?" They all ignored me until I asked to speak to the manager; one of the cashiers mentioned to a man behind them in the food prep area that a customer wanted to speak to the manager, but the man didn't even lift his head. I left without placing an order. I called the manager later in the evening and told him what happened -- the manager told me that the person on the phone could have been on hold for a while -- so I suggested that he should always have one of those three cashiers ring-up the waiting patrons in the restaurant before they pick-up the phone for carry-out orders, he said, "I'm sorry if we're so busy,"-- talk about missing the point! I again suggested that one of the three cashiers should be designated to ring-up the patrons actually in the establishment, and the manager again would not ensure me that this would not happen again; in fact, he left me with the impression that this is their policy, taking carry-out order calls is more of a priority for Three Brothers than taking the orders of the patrons of the restaurant, and this practice was fine with him. The manager of this Three Brothers in Bowie does no value his patrons of his restaurant and has a tainted view of what actual customer service is to patrons of Three Brothers. Place a carry-out order, they'll value serving carry-out orders more than patrons of the restaurant. And if you ever have an issue with this restaurant, good luck if expect some kind of customer service.

simply the best pizza in Bowie in a comfortable, local environment. We're always running into friends when we eat in the restaurant and the prices are good. Beats delivery pizza hands down.
