Poor Service by
R Maes -
My wife had to make an appointment with Dr. Thomas year in advance and after a 20 mile on-way trip we sat around for an hour and we left. My wife had to get to work sometime this year, fortunately she has a good insurance plan that has numerous Dr.s availble closer to our home, freeing up Dr. Thomas to care for other patients. I'm 73 and my wife is 69 so time is precious to us.
I called this morning for an appointment for my husband (a new poatient) and they gave me appointment for this very day at 1:45 this afternoon. I don't know what kindof service we will receive, but they were very good about getting my husband in timely.
I called to make an appointment with Thomas Dermatologists and it was about a 3 week wait to get in. A few days after making the appointment, I received a phone call that Dr Leiberman needed to reschedule and that I would have to come in the following week. Two days before the original appointment date, the office calls to confirm that appointment and when I tell them that they had rescheduled for the following week, they had nothing on file for it. I don't know what kind of Doctors are there but their staff is arrogant, unorganized, and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience.
TELEPHONE WAIT by
You might want to reconsider the time that a customer waits on the telephone for customer service. I work in an office, too, and felt uncomfortable waiting as long as I did to receive service just to cancel an appointment. I sincerely wanted to hang up but did not want to forget to call and cancel the appointment. As to personal service, I felt it was good...did not have to wait too long.
