Hydroseeding..
As low as 4 1/2 cents a sq ft. This includes premium seed, mulch, fertilizer and weed prevention with a $150.00 minimum.

Hydro Seeding is the answer. We eliminate the backbreaking job of installing sod by hydro seeding your lawn at less than 75% of the cost of sod. Our special blend of premium seeds are applied with additives that promote rapid germination, grass with fine blade and deep roots, therefore, a superb lawn not available with sod or other seeding methods. Seeds are held securely in place by the mulch fibers, which create a mini-greenhouse effect, retaining water and promoting germination. We will use a tested, high quality, certified turf mix. Germination time depends on weather conditions, temperature and the amount of watering. Usually grass will be visible in 5-7 days, a few days slower in cold weather. We provide this service with the newest equipment on the market along with more than 12 years experience in Hydro Seeding. We also provide over seeding for thin lawns and erosion control. Spring Aeration
Early spring is the time to "jump-start" lawns, establishing the root system of the grass so it stands a better chance of fending off weed pressure and withstanding the rigors of summer. Improving air, water and nutrient movement through the soil during this time significantly increases the quality of the grass. The first step, aeration, reduces soil compaction, increases air exchange and allows water to percolate more quickly into the soil to create better root mass. Increasing root mass at this time of the year greatly improves the chances of grasses to reduce stress and survive the heat of the summer. The best time to apply fertilizer is just after aeration, "to move nutrients immediately into the root-zone of your lawn." This practice has shown excellent results in the density and color of grasses in preparation for summer stress. We also offer a fertilizer application at time of aeration.
