Slow to respond and don't tell you anything. by Angelflower - 12/27/2008It took this company several months last winter to fix my spa. It has not even been a year and my spa is not working again. I called them a week ago because my parts SHOULD BE under warrantee. They still have not called me back as promised. They are still slow to respond. I have been stressing out all week because my spa is outside covered with snow and I cannot get any help in getting it fixed or even simple advice on what I can do to keep it from freezing since it is full of water.
