I was able to deliver a very special flower arrangement to my friend at the last minute due to illness and she never received it on time and she passed away the next day....Horrible!

I have ordered flowers from them in the past for my mother. They were great in the past.

It was my mothers 65th birthday, so I called and spoke to the owner, and had her send a similar arrangement as I had in the past. I told her I wanted to spend around $70 and she told me it would be $90 including the delivery fee. I agreed as I was splurging a bit for my mother...

When my mother received the flowers she sent me a picture to thank me.

I was horrified! There were about 6 yellow roses mixed in with RED CARNATIONS!!

I emailed them to complain, and they ended up calling my mother to send another arrangement. My mother agreed, and they sent another. I would expect them to send what I had ordered in the first place, but instead they sent a smaller crappier arrangement. I emailed the owner to express my disappointment again. The whole specialness of receiving flowers was gone, and instead was replaced with a headache. They never did respond again..

I called this florist to have flowers delivered for my father's marriage later that day. They assured me they had lillies & snapdragons and that 80$ would buy a beautiful bouquet of these flowers. When I saw the flowers the next day I was horrified. There was a single wilted lilly and a single wilted snapdragon surrounded by wilted purple carnations. I was embarrased to have my name on such a cheap and nasty arrangement. Go with one of the 800 or pro-flowers places - at least you can see what you will get online!!

as we're from out of town.........I found this florist on line, called and ordered the arrangement to be picked up in the morning on the way to see my sister in the hospital. I'm aware that I could see the dimensions of the arrangement but was totally shocked when I picked it up!!! PLEASE.....$50.00 for a few daisies and 2 yellow roses in a happy face soup cup???????????? I was totally embarrassed and The Villages Florist should be too! If I ever have to arrange flowers for that area.........I will certainly choose another shop!!!!!

I called to surprise my mom withflowers on her birthday. She got them quickly and RAVED about how pretty they were. I will keep them on speed dial. :-)

It is because of the General Manager, Denise, that every arrangement that leaves the shop is high-end, prime quality, beautifully arranged. No other shop can compete with the designer-quality of her arrangements. She listens to customers and designs accordingly to utmost satisfaction.
