Absolutely terrible! People here including the owner have no business working here. Completely unprofessional and childish staff.

DON’T TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!

Wanted to ship a trumpet to a relative in the case. No problem, started the paper work punched in the ship to zip code and it was $33.00. Cool.

Then with the final total was rung up it was $87 something… $50.00 FOR A CARDBOARD BOX AND PACKING PEANUTS. I grabbed the trumpet and said that that was too expensive and started walking.

Then the manager becomes flip saying that if I don’t pay the $50.00 they won’t insure it. Ok, now I’m getting mad. And I inform him that about %40 of what winds up on my door step is pretty crushed up due to their shipping. So that wasn’t a real selling point.

Seeing my agitation he smiles at me and starts to “educate” (talking down to) me on the boxing practices of online stores, and why UPS is better.

Still it’s $50.00 for a cardboard box and packing peanuts. And now I’m mad. I say a few well deserved angry words and left.
