Horrible and Frustrating Expierence

I was never even able to make an appointment!! First of all I left two messages with DR Kantorowski's secretary over the course of two weeks trying to make an appointment and never heard anything back. Then when I called to make a general appointment The woman was nice but had to transfer me to the finance department because she was not familiar with the Tricare's Point of service option where a patient can see any provider in the network without a referral as long as they pay half the allowable amount. I was okay with that but the people in the finance office were both ignorant and unhelpful. Okay if they are not familiar with it either but I am and I explained it to two different people twice and told them that if they simply went to the Tricare website all the information they needed was there. They then found some book and said that POS was not offered to active duty military (which I am not) at that point I became so frustrated by their lack of basic intelligence I had to hang up. I was even willing to pay completely out of pocket and submit the forms myself but was informed that would be too expensive. I was so looking forward to seeing one of the wonderful doctors its a shame the office staff is so incompetent. It doesn't bode well for what my experience would have been if I had ended up going. On a side note although the tone of this review is quite angry I was very patient and kind on the phone and didn't lose my temper until the very end. Also I wrote a complaint to them as well and never heard back.
