Go somewhere else by unhappy - 04/28/2009
I was a new customer to the Smile Center. Proceeded to get xrays and cleaning. Inquired about a nightguard. I was not certain about my coverage, they offered to call my insurance and check for me. At this point, I informed them I was not interested if I wasn't covered. I was told that it was indeed covered at 80 percent. Based on that I decided to get the nightguard. Coverage was later declined. They refused to help me due to an "estimate" clause. Never mind the fact no one informed me of this or that it was subject to change. They were unwilling to help or make any arrangements. They cared little about the fact a new customer was unhappy and about to leave. Do yourself a favor, and go to a Dentist where they actually CARE about the customer and not making a few hundred bucks.

i had a broken tooth repaired, then i had a second broken tooth fixed. the first tooth broke off again. three weeks from original repair it broke again. they charged me for both repairs. shortly after that the second tooth broke again. i have since changed dentists.
