I have no problems with the work performed, it was done on time and to my liking.

Ray did an excellent job on my bathroom. They were the first contractors to come out and give me an estimate and for someone who had a bathroom flooding, the speed is something that was important. The one thing I will mention is that the design options he gave me was overwhelming and it took me and my wife a while to decide since all of the options were spot on.

Raymond is amazing. That’s it. One word to summarize my experience. My very simple project was to fix a 10x10 area of drywall, damaged from my little one overflowing the bathtub, paint and just an overall cleanup of the area. My problem is two folds, first I’m a single income mother with limited means and second I needed it done yesterday, not a week from now, like right now. If you can imagine the smell, that you know why. I founded his company through a google search, and found that his office closed late, so I called and the owner himself answered, we setup an estimate that very same night. The very next day, he had his guy come in and patch the drywall, and then within the hours, the same guy came back and painted everything. It was like it never even happened. When time came to settle up the bill, Raymond didn’t even charge me, he said “life happens and it’s nothing that can’t be fixed.” I’m blessed that a wonderful people still exist and he’s one of them. I would highly recommend Raymond and his company.

Raymond Chung is unethical, undependable, unreliable and produces poor workmanship. Everything he touched on my house project needed to be demolished and redone. Just to name a few issues: Roof leaking in several places, crooked and unlevel steps, no weep holes or flashing in brickwork, hallway width 32 inches without drywall (should be 36 inches per code), garage slab sloping in wrong direction. His work resulted in 7 New Castle County code violations and I was advised if they could write him up for poor workmanship they would.

Great Company, I was called back quickly about my project, Which was a simple cabinet installation. Was given a price that was just right. The guys were just a bit late to getting the job done, but I did appreciate their attention to details.
