Wow.. by ; - 07/11/2009Terrible place!!!! Negligent, incompetentand they drag their feet. I had them fully diagnose my bike. They insist i get certain things done that werent necessary. Over the course of my experience, they lied to me, which i found out due to them all not synchronizing their stories(they arent even good liars). I had the bike 12 hours after waiting 4 weeks for it before it broke down. I then only had the bike 20 minutes before it broke down after they said theyd fix it again. They didnt maintain the bike the 4 weeks they had it. I demanded my bike back, because i didnt want their service anymore. The owner bruce called me, and told me I shouldnt have a bike, because i didnt know enough about bikes (they didnt want to take responsibility for their errors). I thought thats why i paid them to fix it? Bruce ended the conversation by calling me stupid and immature, yelled at me(literally), before hanging upon me. 1200 dollars gone and still trying to fix what they couldnt.

The Motor Cycle Shop by Daisy Duck - 10/13/2008When I asked them to look at my sons bike they could not find the problem. Instead they found many other things.I was in Ohio calling on behalf of my son. I thought I could trust them.I should have known better.It cost me $2,000. The bike would still run a short time and quit. We had them take the bike back and try again. They decided to take off the fuel pump and relay.They told my son the bike did not need one. He gave up and took the bike back. After checking with Honda we found out he does need a fuel pump.What a disaster. I called and asked to have the fuel pump returned. We don't want them near the bike again.I am waiting for a call back from the owner. Do not go there. If ther is any change I will amend my conplaint.
