In our office, we utilize traditional psychological coaching and psychotherapy techniques, hypnosis and self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy, EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), relaxation training, and other interventions. For those of you who live in the Phoenix-area, we work in-person. This allows us to use additional coaching tools. Distance coaching options are also available.
