After working for a major litigation and medical malpractice firm, Mr. Jarvis became a prosecutor for the City of Phoenix in 1992. He handled a wide variety of criminal and civil cases including DUI, sex crimes, drugs, assault, forfeitures, zoning, construction, trucking, and traffic. He wrote hundreds of motions, conducted hundreds of bench and jury trials, and handled many appeals to the higher courts.

Since Mr. Jarvis entered private practice in 1996, he has successfully defended persons accused of felonies and misdemeanors throughout Arizona in cases including murder, sex crimes, drugs, gangs, DUI, extortion, theft, weapons, zoning, traffic violations, and more. Mr. Jarvis has also continued his appellate practice in the courts of Arizona.

Mr. Jarvis has represented children, juveniles, and adults. His practice has addressed mental illness and associated medications. He has taught other attorneys on mental competency. He has been a Judge Pro Tem since 2007.

Mr. Jarvis is a member of the East Valley Bar Association, serving as its President in 2004 and continuing on its board.

With his diverse experience, Mr. Jarvis also practices in the area of Corporate Counseling, helping companies increase productivity and helping companies in distress become viable and healthy. His firm can provide a team of professionals to help in needed areas.
