HORRIBLE CENTER! They left her pacifier on the changing table, melted her bottle, didn't feed her for almost 7 hours, didn't put her bib on right and left scratches all over my baby. When I addressed it with the Owner Kristin Rosso, kicked us out! Better to get rid of the parent then the problem. This was her email to me: I have received your email and understand your issues. I have been kept in the loop along the way by my staff concerning the issues you've raised in this email below. We have done our best to care for Kaycee, have enjoyed having her being in our care and I am pleased with my staff's professionalism & efforts. In thinking over your expression of your experience with us we feel that our center will not be able to meet your needs. It has been decided that you would likely be happier elsewhere and we sincerely hope you will find that. We will work with you in the care of your daughter through the next 2 weeks as you look for an alternative in a new childcare provider.
