My dog's leg was broken while being groomed at the K9 Spa in Wadsworth, OH. I feel that the owner is unethical to refuse to take responsibility for injuries to an animal while in her care. She is supposed to be a professional. When she, being the sole owner of the business accepts an animal for grooming she should assume responsibility for the animal's wellbeing while it's in her care. If it sustains an injury, she should turn it over to her insurance company for payment of all related vet bills. And if she doesn't have insurance to cover the expenses she should pay all bills out of her own pocket. Just as if she ran a day care center and a child broke it's leg she (her business)would be responsible.
She was unkind and didn't have enough humanity to say "I'm sorry." She actually said, "Your dog broke its own leg."
I would give minus 20 stars if I could. Be very careful of this place, do not take your dog there, they have no liability insurance and accidents or worse happens. I just wish someone had warned me in advance and I would never have taken my 7 month old puppy there and she wouldn't have suffered.
