Mr. Randall is very unprofessional and hung up on me multiple times when I contacted him.

He made a mistake on the policy he sold to my mother and I, and when asked about it, he denied knowing me and accused both of us of lying and being vulgar and abusive.

We've never been anything but cordial, and even refrained from posting my review until after many attempts to resolve the issue.

My mother and went to his office together to purchase the policy, and I am the primary owner of the car; there is no doubt that I was an intended driver.
Mistakes happen, but you should have at least tried to resolve them and:
-Not hung up on your customers
-Apologized when you made a mistake.
-Taken responsibility and looked for a solution

If you had at least tried, you would have gotten a positive review, and I wouldn't have felt obligated to report you to the BBB.

I'm sorry, but your one star review from me was earned. I only hope you treat your other customers far better than you treated us.
