Great service and plumber by roy - 10/08/2009Honest Plumber phone representative was very pleasant, scheduled an appointment for the plumber to repair our clogged kitchen sink drain at a time that was convenient for my wife and I. Mark arrived at the agreed upon time and gave us a written price for the repair. My wife shared that she was a teacher and we were given a discount. Very affordable. Clean, professional service from this company. We will call them again.
great service by taylor - 10/07/2009I had estimates from 2 other companies --Honest Plumber was most reasonable. I trusted their plumber --very clean and professional. I was impressed that he was on time. He hauled away the old water heater and cleaned up the mess it caused. Very helpful to a senir citizen.
I am Impressed by gregl - 09/02/2009This morning at 6:00 I found the water heater was not producing hot water. I called this company and within the hour a plumber was at my house. No extra charge for quick service. I will use them again.
The HONEST PLUMBER is Sunday Service by karen - 08/30/2009Coming home from church today, Sunday, our family found the water heater left water in the hallway, bedroom closet and garage floor. With a family of 4 children and all the laundry, bathing and dishes that require hot water, I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get help. The Honest Plumber immediately came out, did not charge me extra for a Sunday call, and replaced my water heater for a wonderful price. He even helped clean the mess in the garage and took away the old water heater. Very nice service at Honest Plumber. I highly recommend this company and want to share this with others.
Honest Plumber is Honest by harold - 08/27/2009Two other plumbers said I needed $4,500 to clear my mainline from the tree roots. Honest Plumber showed me where the problem was with their camera, gave me a written cost to repair the line that was way below the other 2 men, and cleared the line. I was happy I saved big money with the Honest Plumber. My church friend recommended them and now I know why. H. Bigelow
The Honest Plumber is Great Service by shelley - 08/27/2009It is a pleasure to write a review for the Honest Plumber. I saw their ad in the yellow pages and liked that they were with the Better Business Bureau. I did research their rating --an A+. Then I called them and shared my issue with the water heater and filtration system. An appointment was made to meet my needs and the plumber was on time. He was very clean and professional and diagnosed the problems and explained them to me. The agreed upon price was in writing. I felt very pleased with the service and will use them again.He treated me with respect and allowed me to be an informed consumer -- which I appreciated.

Live upto their name by jiml - 08/02/2009live in an older house. The sewer line was backed up. I had no idea where the clean out was. Honest Plumber found it in about 15 minutes. It was about a foot down in the back of my house. He ran the snake down the clean out and pulled some roots out. Honest Plumber knows their business and are great, even the price.
Impressive by p.j. - 04/03/2009I have lived here for 25 years and own many rental properties, I have used many plumbers and haven't found one that was honest and professional. These guys are the best in town, they always tell me the price first and it's always the same price when they're done!!! Iv'e had many different guys from here and they are all the same, they're all great. I had a big emergency and they had no plumbers available so the owner himself came out and lived up to his name. They communicate very well and the owner checks up on his guys when they're here just to make sure everything is ok. I just wish they could fix other things like my roof. cant find good guys in this town but the honest plumber is full of them.
Less than "Honest" in my opinion. by JH - 03/10/2009I was very dissatisfied with the two so called "plumbers" that were sent to my home on March 9, 2009.I had a backed-up shower drain, most likely a clog in the main drain. We have no cleanout line outside the home that we know of. These two refused to remove our toilet(s) and refused to snake any pipe. They concluded the only solution was to dig a hole outside the foundation and tap into the main line to put in a cleanout access and then pressure blast of the pipe. The estimate was in excess of $1,100. We had another company come out the next day and totally cleared our system for a couple hundred dollars. I was just amazed that your two plumbers resisted any alternatives I suggested to them with one excuse after another. It was quite apparent to me that all they wanted was to perform the most expensive job possible. I'm sorry to tell you that this cost your company a client. I feel they were less than "Honest"
