Service was excellent as was communication, repair, and very timely....highly recommend and will definitely use again.

OK for regular service, however, the lady that answers the phone lacks any sort of personality and sounds generally rude. Unfortunately don't count on them for quality construction and installation of a new gate. We've has some many problems with our electronic wooden gate (on a metal frame) over the years and now they just say that it was done so long ago that they won't warranty the workmanship. When just recently had issues with the remote control we finally realized that the antenna had fallen off. Upon opening the "box" we discovered that multiple components were hanging freely, suspended only buy a few wires and after a years they fell down causing the antenna to separate from the component. When I spoke to a manger before they sent a technician he basically told me that I'd be billed for a repair (of improper installation several years earlier). Now how would i know until I opened the box that it was improperly installed? I'm not a technician??? No sense of responsibility , no sense of pride. Good by Gatekeeper, go ahead and continue on with your work. Total Hacks!!!!
