A framing place that actually tries to help you in making decisions and work with you to find just the right frame - color size, etc. Even better, their prices are so affordable, they have a great range and take the time to find what fits in your budget. At the other big chain stores and such, they won't even so much as touch the print or make any suggestions; and forget affordability if they don't have a major sale going on (even then it's still crazy).
