Dealing with any legal matter is always scary but I am so relieved that I chose Ferguson Law Firm to represent me. They have continuosly made me realize that my choice was the right one! Being in a different state from my attorney made me uneasy at first but Mrs. Ferguson has assured me that I could put my trust in her and her firm. Ms Ferguson is a stellar attorney. I hired her for a child custody case for my children. I had already been divorced and had shared custody with my ex. The one week on, one week off was literally damaging to my children. It was an extremely hard case and took a while due to the circumstances but I m very proud to say that we won. She stood by me the entire time and was a great support. She s an attorney that will fight to the very end because she has a strong belief in what she does. Her professionalism in the courtroom was stellar. I actually had people in court that would ask me for her buisness card just because of how she handled herself. She was honest with me. She told me the truth about what she thought about my case, not what I wanted to hear and she always did what was in the best interest for me and my family. It was a really long fight for our custody but it had a very happy story in the end. She helped me stand up to my ex after years of abuse. She has a firm belief in standing up for what is right and takes a personal interest in her cases. She ll stand up for you when you need it and give you the sound logical advice you re looking for. I ve had the opportunity many times to observe other attorney s while waiting on my case. I ve seen most attorney s in this area a few times and observe how they handle their cases. She was well mannered with the judge and other attorneys, polite (You ll see if you ever go, how ill mannered some other attorneys can be. Extremely rude. Proud to say, she wasn t), whitty, excellent at trials with questioning, and inviolable. I d recommend her to anyone. I know what it s like when you re looking for a lawyer and have no clue who to choose. I took my chances with not knowing any lawyer in this area and chose her and I d go back and choose her again if I ever needed to.

I recently contacted this law firm to help me out in distribution of property that was not originally set in my divorce decree. Since the divorce, my ex still lives in the ouse (I am in the military so have moved states two different times already); however, he has been late on almost every single payment and won’t return my phone calls or sell the house, so my credit has almost bottomed-out. In asking for Ferguson Law Firm’s help (specifically Patricia Ferguson herself), I had a phone consultation with her on a Wednesday and she told me I needed a Petition to Partition; however, she said she didn’t know if my case would warrant one, so she would do research for me to let me know if it did. (This being after she told me probably about 3 times that I screwed myself and my divorce lawyer also screwed me....thank you for the words of advice, why else do you think I am calling?) She told me she would get back to me in the next 2 hours and if she didn’t, I should call her back that Frida

I hired the Ferguson Law Firm to file for a divorce. The lawyer advised me to leave my wife and wait 1 year. Fully trusting the advice of the lawyer, I did not realize that my lawyer was setting me up for failure. If I had followed her advice, my wife (who committed adultery) would have won the case based on the grounds of abandonment and the 1 year waiting period would have entitled my wife to a greater portion of my retirement. Fortunately, I wised up and hired a better lawyer. Unfortunately, I lost a few hundred dollars because the Ferguson Law Firm were inept.
