Our PhilosophyHere at The Dog House, our goal is to provide your pet with the ultimate daycare experience. We offer indoor and outdoor play areas, even a large wading pool. Your dog will get plenty of social interaction and healthy exercise. In turn, you get the comfort of knowing that your best friend is safe and happy along with the enjoyment of relaxing with your pet after a long day.
Our belief is that your best friend should not be confined to a kennel all day. We inter mix our guests so they can meet new doggie friends and build a relationship with our employees as well. Our kennels are used for sleeping, eating and private times only. All of our doggie suites are indoor and climate controlled for optimum comfort. Unlike most kennels, feeding and playtime do not cost extra. Your best friend gets all extras for one price.
Open Door Policy
We have an open door policy. We invite you to stop by anytime during office hours and we'll be glad to show you around.
On-Site Management
One of the biggest advantages to The Dog House is that our management lives on-site. This means no matter what time of day or night, someone is here to take care of your dog.

Ms. Potter by Kpo - 05/27/2009Stopped by to check out this facility as it states it has an open door policy. When I walked up to the office, before I even made it to the door, I was greeted by a man who opened a window, stuck his head out and yelled across the drive "M'am, what are you hear for? Pick up?" I stated that I was there to check out their facility and was told that they couldn't right now, they were cleaning, people were picking up their dogs and to make an appointment. I said that the website states they have an open door policy to which he said "Not while were cleaning" He said, "If you wait a minute I'll come out and talk to you." A bit later he then pops his head out of the window and says, "I can talk to you now". I told him I was concerned about his customer service skills. He said that if that was the case, I should go elsewhere. I asked if he needed business - he said yes but obviously this wasn't the place for me as I was being rude. Poor customer service!
