I bought my last house with the help of Joel Watson at Chesson Agency. Joel was extremely patient and more than helpful through the entire procedure. I highly recommend the Chesson Agency.

I needed to rent out my family home due to a death in the family. The owner of Chesson Agency talked a good game when I had him on the phone but when it came to following through, he fell completely short. He never returned my phone calls or emails and I am completely dissappointed with this lack of customer service. It is unprofessional to say the least and I will be using a more professional management company in the future.

Beware They have poor customer service, little follow through and if you complain the owner just becomes rude and arrogant.

Chesson Agency came thru for me when I was in the market to find a place to live back last summer, the agent I worked with was very helpful and helped me find a place to live that was in a prominent, safe, and convenient location to most of Wilson, but most of all she went out of her way to assist me on finding this new place to live since I trusted her to advise me, since I ended up renting my new place to live "site unseen" because at that time I was living almost 5 hours away. Good people to work with, I would recommend them to anyone looking to relocate or simply to buy a new home.
