Over the last thirty years, we have seen the micro beer and fine wine producers go from a cottage industry to become a concern for the major players in their respective games. Washington has been there all along and is now the second largest wine producing region and the largest grower of hops in the United States. The Pacific Northwest now hosts some of the finest beers and wines made anywhere. Being located in Seattle has put us in the middle of all this growth and we have grown with it. Our close proximity to these sources allows up to offer the finest and freshest ingredients available for home wine and beer making. Excuse us if we are tooting our horn, but we are quite proud of what we do.

As part of the Northwest's thriving wine making and craft brewing industry, we've seen the ups and downs of the business over the years. We discontinued our line of fine wines in 1990 to concentrate on servicing the home brewing and wine making community. While our continuing involvement in the wine making trade sets us apart from other brew shops, we spend most of our time in non-vintage months concentrating on brewing.
