We had a problem with the foundation we purchased with a new mattress from Ken-the vertical supports protruded through the covering of the foundation. Due to this the mattress developed a large sag. We had purchased two mattresses and foundations from Ken. After many phone calls and assurances from Ken that he would replace the foundation nothing has been replaced and now Ken does not return our phone calls. Other employees of his store have been very rude when we call. Never again will I patronize Ken's business!

I purchased my Tempur-Pedic mattress from The Back Store and I absolutely love it! The service was fantastic and I have recommended that my friends look into buying one too! My wife's back used to hurt her every morning and now she wakes up pain free. I have an old shoulder pain that just wouldn't seem to go away, now it finally has.
