Thatcher Retractables = Great Service! by Jan G. - 12/04/2009I couldn't be happier with Thatcher Retractables. They came out to my house with a nice variety of fabric samples to choose from, measured my patio, and made a beautiful, custom motorized awning. Their own employees came out and installed it. They answered any questions I had and they were neat, clean and polite. I love my retractable awning! All I have to do is push a button and it comes out over my table and chairs - no more sitting in the sun! You can change the slant of it too. This was money well spent, before we got it we never went out on the patio because the sun was just too much.

They rip me off over $3000, never come back to service my awning, that was broken on the first day, Put nail holes on my sliding, blame me for causing the damage.. Order another commercial awning for the store front, never deliver it, stating that I never provide them with graphics, after they send me a graphics approved contract to sign... I have email proofs of this incident.
