The food was good and now is very bad. The lower levels of staff are really good. The management and higher levels of the memory unit and the nursing staff are unfeeling and do not consider the family as their customer too. Handling dementia is hard for the family to understand and usually changes as the patient declines. Instead of telling the family something with empathy, I have gotten emotionally assaulted. I have been told by people without the medical credentials that my family member did not have what they were diagnosed on. Now that they are full to capacity, the service has slid. On several visits, it's been found that the patient did not even have toilet paper. This was reported every time and was pretty much ignored. I would not have my family member here but it is too late to move them.
