Amazing is all i can say. The knowledge of the sales staff is terrific. They help you, they listen to what you want to achieve out of your bike purchase and they fit you into a bike that will exceed those requirements.I love my bike and i love that i have now lost 20 pounds from using my new bike. I have been back since and bought up on accessaries and the free tune up as part of the deal within the first 3 months is such great service .Thankyou Tempe bikes see you again soon

Not only did I get a smokin deal, ( shopped around believe me!) but they put all my accessories on for nothing. I'm going on a 800 mile bike ride and needed a bunch of stuff. The gal not only helped me pick out the right size, but her recommendations for the bike were super helpful. I've had other suggestions from friends and ordered a couple things besides and they're offering to install it for free again when they arrive. I'm so stoked...I love this place and have recommended them to all my team mates. It's always busy when I come in but still get to me pretty quickly. Can't beat the prices or the super service.

they went the extra mile when I couldn't find a part I needed for my mountain bike. I went in expecting to buy a new crankset but I saved $$$ by getting just a replacement ring and a chainring guard. Awesome gismo, no more bent rings. I had to buy it as a special order and they got it for me in less than 2 weeks. Another shop once ordered a derailleur for me and it took 4 weeks!!! Tempe Bike is kewl ...they were patient and friendly and knew their stuff too.Thanks Brad!

I have nothing but good service from Tempe Bike. They have an amazing selection of bikes and I was told that I they could get me just about anything that I might need. If I could give this shop a zero, I would. Thin stock for middle price range bikes, and I've never been treated more dishonestly by a business in my life. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but the owner sold a bike I had on a 24 hour hold after only four hours, and didn't have the dignity to look me in the eye or apologize for it. I've consistently heard that although the owner keeps staff who know bikes, she is a real piece or work.Dear Tempe Bicycle,I am deeply disappointed in the service I received over labor day weekend. I arrived at noon on Sunday hoping to try out a few road bikes, learn what the different options are and how different bikes feel, and hoping to buy a new bike. I tried both of the two you had in stock in my size. Your salesperson and mechanics were wonderful, informative, and happy to work with me. After some discussion, I decided that although I loved the bike I had been riding, it was selling for more than I had planned on paying and I wasn't

If you are a white male than they will go out of their way to help you very professionally. Otherwise, you'll get no help and be racially profiled.

Great service up to the point of the sale. After the sale the service was very disappointing. First incident, I left my bike for two days to get a tune up and came back when they told me to and I had to wait 1 hr for it because they didn't start on it until after I arrived. Second and final incident, I was told I had store credit, from the purchase of the bike, and I would be getting an additional 10% discount on anything I purchased in the future. When I went to make a purchase a month later I was denied both the discount and the credit. The gentlemen who sold me the bike was there, admitted to what he had told me, and it didn't help me in any way. I will never go back to the store or recommend it to anyone. They should take down all of those framed best in PHX posters. They should stand by what they promise, I did not ask for anything that they did not promise me.
