siding and roofiing by whatsupbrian - 11/02/2009Run don't walk from these guys. The biggiest problem is Bob the owner. Said they would do something and didn't do it. I'm still picking up nails from the old siding. Roofers came and Bob didn't tell me when they were coming. They broke a landscape light and didn't tell me. Since I didn't know they were coming, my grass wasn't mowed and got to be really long. I would have mowed it if I knew they were coming. I had to with hold money to get the job done. Ask Bob why the company is listed in his sons name.????
Avoid at All Costs by Alien 949 - 11/02/2009We had a sunroom and stamped concrete patio installed this summer. So far, the sunroom is fine, but the patio is far below what we had expected. The workmanship is shoddy to say the least. If you do business with this company, you have to watch Bob all the time. He's out to get your money any way he can. I certainly would not recommend doing business with this company
Bad service/bad workmanship by S.C. - 07/25/2009If you check Angie's list then you would avoid this business. Wish we would have done this. Our sunroom and stamped concrete is a headache and Bob Maietta is not customer oriented. The current product does not meet code as the concrete should have included a step down from the sunroom. Instead, Bob does not take the blame and refuses to take on the step--trying to get the Masonry to pick it up or us. We overpaid and Bob is out to get every cent he can. Why would you sell home owners a product that does not meet code? Bob refuses to finish this product professionally with stamped concrete step to bring our sunroom up to code. He has not even asked to visit the site to see the 'finished' product he represents. I am wondering if this is the same Bob Maietta: Article: The ultimate manipulation; Investors lost millions in scam Robert Maietta and Steven McMichael deceived people and markets in orchestrating one of the largest stock scams in Minnesota history. http://www.highbeam.c
Poor service, uncompleted, does not meet code by carolsh - 07/24/2009The owner will not complete work to standards. The only thing he wants is your money and once he has it he will not take care of you the customer. We had a sunroom and stamped concrete porch put in by Temo. Currently the unfinished product does not meet Minneapolis code as it needs a step from the sunroom down to the stamped concrete. For a nice looking finished product the company should put in a stamped concrete step to match the stamped concrete patio. The owner refuses to put in the step that will match the concrete and complete this project in the highest quality manner. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THE OWNER BOB. I heard my husband trying to have a civil telephone call with Bob the owner--all Bob did was yell and never even let my husband talk.
