Metro PHX Insurance Firm Contracted with TeamLogic for 24x7 Outsourced IT Technical Support Service by PHXInsurer.Director - 12/19/2009
My name is Jennifer. I am the Director of Operations for a large Insurance firm based in Metro Phx. AZ. With the current economic climate conditions being as they are, our Sr. Management Team was looking for aggressive ways to cut our overall operating expenses going into our 2010 fiscal year. We maintained an internal F/T staff of 8 IT employees. The combined budgetary costs of this staffing to our firm was approx. $500K per year. We needed an "Outsourced IT Solution" but not sacrificing the integrity, security, and vitality of our extensive IT Infrastructure Network. Our computer network is essential for our company to conduct normal business operations. We were referred to TeamLogic by a business partner of our CEO that worked with this IT company for several years and was very satisfied with the technical services and cost savings they provide to their clients on a 24x7 basis. We contracted with them and cut our IT costs by $300K almost overnight. GREAT DEAL!!!

Our Dental practice is growing very fast, almost too fast! Our IT office computers and business server platform needed maintenance and software upgrades that my office staff couldn't handle. My name is Dr Levine of Scottsdale AZ. I rely heavily on my professional/personal laptop computer to communicate with my associates back east in NYC and maintain up to date access to numerous secure medical internet websites. I had 2 serious problems with my laptop device both of which were handled by this excellent technology firm within 24 hours after I had my personal assistant drop it off at their office repair facility last Sunday (9/20/09) afternoon while I was in surgery. I stressed to the customer service rep that answered the phone over the weekend I need this machine back ASAP. They labelled this repair job as a "Business Emergency" situation. I was very impressed with the turn around time they required to make the necessary repairs and virus removal procedures I needed done on this machine quickly. I'm a very demanding consumer that seeks out the best solutions available! My assistant told me they were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My business operations has grown dramatically over the past 3 years. Our existing IT environment was in dire need of substantial upgrades in hardware, and network capacity. We worked closely with their project management team to formulate the best scalable IT solution for a price that was well within our annual technology budget.This firm completed the entire rengineering project and server upgrade replacement over the course of a long holiday weekend. They assigned Sr. Network Engineers to work around the clock to get this done quickly and very smoothly. Our business operations resumed normally the following business day morning. We were very impressed and considering the lousy IT techs we dealt with in the past, we consider ourselves fortunate to have this IT firm as a business partner. Highly recommended!

This Tech firm was very impressive to recently utilize as our IT Migration experts from our previous offices to our new state of the art green environmental energy consulting facility in Metro Phoenix. We were persuaded to use their ongoing maintenance support services to monitor our rapidly expanding IT infrastructure for a price that is less than 25K a year. We couldn't hire even 1 full time in house tech for that annaul budgetary expense. It was a great deal we couldn't pass up on! Very happy with the very professional Techs and Customer Service of TeamLogic! Highly recommended to any business that relies on technology.

This firm did a great job on repairing my HP laptop. They replaced my machine motherboard and while they had it at no additional charge ran a virus cleaning and installed new AVG virus protection software on my machine with a license that will never expire. I really couldn't afford a new laptop. They actually fixed it for less than half of buying a new machine plus I kept all my data intact on my repaired laptop. Their customer service (responsiveness) was excellent and I got a written warranty on the replacement hardware. Highly Recommended!!! Mike was a sweetheart to work with...

We run a Valleywide Medical facility with 12 Local Urgent Care Facilities that we support at our Main Administration Site in Central Phoenix. Our annual IT budget was about 675K that included all Telecom, Computers,Software,and Internal IT Staffing to Support and Maintain this expansive technical operation. The Partner Doctors assigned me to solicit bids for an "Outsourced Solution" to Reorganize and Trim our annual IT expenses by 15. I personally met with at least 5 of the top IT Service firms in AZ. After a lengthy feasibility study and cost analysis we decided to sign a contract with TeamLogicIT of Metro Phx. That was 5 months ago and we are very satisfied with the 24x7 Tech Support Help Desk they provide to our Medical and Admin Staff. They installed remote monitoring software into all our critical computers to continuously monitor and maintain them in real time. There system works great! Our overall IT Budget was cut by an astounding 36. The Dr's are thrilled with my choice!

These guys did a great jobs in our computer room to clean up the mess from our old techs. I am very happy in the manner this company handles our business account as a very high priority and always answers the phone when we need technical support. They even agreed to set up my home office wireless network at my residence and installed software to easily give me remote VPN access to the office server when I'm working from home. I don't mind paying a little extra to get the best in the valley. It's like that old saying you get what you pay for! Great job Wayne, your staff is fantastic.. Highly recommended.

These guys (and gals, yes they have lady engineers) were really terrific the way they came into our brand new medical office and setup our entire IT Network, Installed all our Medical Software Packages and Databases, and 18 desktop and laptop computers all within 3 days. Their pricing was very competitive in this difficult economy. The 4 doctors that own this facility insisted that I write this review to show their appreciation for the dedicated and very professional work that this firm demonstrated during our start up period. We were extremely impressed and have signed a 1 year contract form on going maintenance and remote technical support with this Tech Services firm. When you need value, responsiveness, and High Priority Technical Support TeamLogic will not let you down! Thank's again!!
