They replaced my machine motherboard and while they had it at no additional charge ran a virus cleaning and installed new AVG virus protection software on my machine with a license that will never expire. I really couldn't afford a new laptop. They actually fixed it for less than half of buying a new machine plus I kept all my data intact on my repaired laptop.
