Fitness is another benefit. Students work up a sweat while conditioning, sparring, practicing kata and other fun and challenging activities.
A creative outlet for expression is enjoyed as students help choreograph routines and then perform them as a member of the demonstration group, TeamKat.
The self discipline and character development learned through this program translates to the real world as well. Students gain a positive attitude and knowledge of how to set and achieve goals.
