Description

Teachers On Call is a unique staffing network that provides substitute teachers and staff to schools, preK-12 and post-secondary schools. These include child care centers; early childhood and Montessori schools; public and private schools; alternative, charter and magnet schools; post-secondary and technical schools. As former teachers, we understand the frustrations and challenges in coping with a teacher’s absence. Teachers On Call specializes in recruiting and retaining talented and experienced teachers who are able to step into a classroom as a substitute with minimal direction. We investigate an employee’s work history, credentials and education training to ensure that he/she is qualified and complies with DHS Rule III or has a teaching license for the state in which they work. Teachers have been recruited throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, and are prepared to accept a same day assignment. There are no upfront fees or contracts to buy into to use our services. You only pay when a service is rendered. We are confident our database of prescreened and qualified candidates will meet your needs quickly, as they have for schools in Minnesota since 1999.
