I personally would think twice about this company as it was one problem after another starting with the contract.He wants 50% down to start work which is unheard of and then starts pressing you to sign the contract.He stresses "no permits" which led me to believe he cuts corners on the installation, but again that is my personal assumption.I specified the cabinets come from America and while indeed they did come out of S Carolina they were imported frm China which we did not know till they were delivered to our house. we were never informed of this before hand and to make matters worse, we overheard them telling the installer to be careful becaused they were dis-continued cabinets.What does one do now if a cabinet door gets damaged?Couple that with the fact that Soffets are not vertical and level and do not follow the same line on the coner cabinets, well you get the picture.He told us that the damaged cabinets will be replaced to our faces then calls his installer on his cell to go ahead and install the cabinets that are there, damaged or not.He may tell customers he stays on the job until completed but don't believe him.You can draw your own conclusions from this but personally I would not use him again to do anything around this house.
