The Worst Practice I have ever dealt with by Lab Lover - 09/15/2009Tatum Pointe has been the worst vet I have ever dealt with in my 18 years of taking my animals to vets. They say they care about your animal, yet are only concerned with overcharging for tests, medications and visits. I would never recommend them. Additionally, when we had challenges, we found the staff to be patronizing, uncaring and only focused on generating revenue. They are not patient/customer focused. To say we were very disappointed in our experience with this practice would be a gross understatement.
