Poor customer service by Ex-Target Customer - 05/12/2009
I am a frequent shopper at this Target store. In fact, I spend atleast $200-$400 per month shopping for everyday essentials to gifts for friends and family. I have come to rely on Target for the convience and ease of shopping in the area. Therefore, I was thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied when the manager, Chrystal, refused to help me in a particular situation. She initially informed me the company policy stated she could not help me, then later stated she would help me if the item I purchased was a cheaper item than I previously purchased. She also went as far to say that she would not help me because it would "mess up her inventory." Since when are managers able to pick and choose the customers they are allowed to assist? This practice is wrong and I will no longer be a customer of this Target. I would have been disappointed but understood if the manger would have continued following the company/store policy, but because she decided to make her own rules and still not help me,
