Bad service, mediocre food and rude management by LMJ - 07/27/2009Waited for 10 minutes for server to come to table, got my order wrong two times and owner was very rude when we complained about the situation - will never go back
Customer service is bad by disappointed - 05/14/2009At first it was ok, nothing special but we wanted to try this restaurant as we live around the corner. We were given a gift certificate and decided to use it. We didn�t purchase the entire amount and were told their policy is not to refund the difference. The certificate says nothing about that policy and we were offered to use the difference to purchase something to go. We had finished our meals and did not want to spend money on something we didn�t want over 1.83. I very politely told the Manager that I felt I was being ripped of and told her we will not be coming back, she said OK. Nice restaurant? Go somewhere else with arrogant customer service your better off. There is nothing special about this place
