We are an approved SES provider for local qualified Island County schools through the State of Washington's Offfice of Superintendent of Public Instruction or OSPI. Families may qualify for free Sylvan if there child attends a Title 1 school, their child's school is in Step 2 or beyond, and they child qualifies for Free/Reduced lunch.
