Description
Welcome to Sweet Pea Learning Centers!We offer child care services in Las Vegas, NV and the surrounding areas. We provide quality child care for children two months to 12 years. We believe each child should be in an educationally-stimulated environment during its growing years, which is why we include a planned weekly curriculum for all children.
We have several learning programs from 0-9 months all the way through ages five and up. Our curriculum also now includes computer training for children as young as three-years old. We have integrated a new Computer Tots program to help the children develop not only computer skills, but problem solving and language development skills, as well. We also offer transportation to drop off and pick up your child from school.
Our programs are offered:
• Full-time schedules (up to 12 hours per day)
• Flexible part-time schedules (select days and hours)
• Before-and after-school program (includes homework time)
• Summer camp
All of our caregivers meet all city, county, and state requirements to work in a licensed child care center. We also require continued education by taking 12 hours of coursework in early childhood development. They are also all CPR trained and carry a current
CPR card.

Sweet Pea on Nellis and Owens by Amy W - 11/02/2009My son has been attending the new Sweet Pea on Nellis and Owens since the day it opened. He has a loving teacher and a loving administrator who know my child and myself. Daycare is not suppose to replace parenting. As a school teacher we see a lot of ignorant parents who think it is the caregiver or teacher's job to raise their child, but it's not! There are cameras for you to watch your child and the care giver. You may "pop in" and check on your child any time of day. If you don't like the care, find a new place! No one is in charge of your child's care more than you, the parent. As for our son and our family...we couldn't be more pleased with the cleanliness, the curriculum, and the genuine care of the staff at Nellis and Owens. Great job Angie and Diane!
Clean and Happy by mom4 - 09/02/2009I toured the Sweet Pea on Blue Diamond Road and was so impressed! The center was cheerful and bright and it smelled clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The children were clean and busy, playing and learning. It would definitely be someplace I would take my children!
