DISGUSTED by Very Disgusted Customer - 11/17/2009
I went to Sway Salon for dark red highlights and left six hours later with neon orange highlights, maybe highlights wouldn't be the correct term because actually there were three huge patches of orange hair. Along with the patches of orange hair the so called "Color Specialist" happened to miss spots of hair leaving me with a cheetah print in the back of my head. After all the neon orange coloring this "Professional" was brushing my hair and my hair was breaking off and I should mention that good customer service does not exist there. After the hair disaster the amateur that colored my hair began to harass me through text messages and to add insult to injury the owner called my phone and left me an ugly voicemail saying I would not be getting a refund. Also to let everyone know the website is very deceiving and does not offer what is posted on their page. BEWARE of Sway "Salon".

Too snooty by Disappointed girl - 04/13/2009
I went there a few times to get my hair done. It seemed like a really nice place to and get a good job done on my hair. Well! I went in there and they are so snooty, and the lady that did my hair screwed it up! She cut one side too long, then the other side had so many choppy layers, that it looked hidious! I cried my eyes out when I got home. The people who work there act like their s*** does not stink and it made me very uncomfortable and very disappointed!
