Our family has taken several music classes from Swallow Hill - everything from voice lessons to beginning guitar and advanced mandolin. We have always been very happy with the teachers and the experience. We also like the evening hours and flexible schedules (allowing us to make up one missed lesson a month). It's also a blast to be there during open jam sessions and experience all that Swallow Hill, and its teaching staff and students have to offer.######Swallow Hill is not only a treasure for professional music in Denver, but also for teaching such a variety of music to all levels, and ages, of students.

- About Swallow Hill Music Swallow Hill Music has been helping people make and enjoy music since 1979. As it celebrates its 34th year, it is proud to be known as one of the largest non-profit organizations in the United States to serve as a source for roots, folk and acoustic music. Swallow Hill Music serves more than 120,000 people through its concert, school and outreach programming. Three concert venues at our facility on 71 E. Yale Ave. offer more than 200 performances a year, featuring local, national and international talent. In addition, Swallow Hill Music presents and produces its annual Rootsfest celebration, concerts at the L2 Arts & Culture Center in Capitol Hill, at Four Mile Historic Park, at the Old South Pearl St. summer street fairs, and at the Denver Botanic Gardens for its long-running and esteemed Summer Concert Series.
