Avoid at all costs. They are horrible and not professional at all. They had my taxes for over 6 months and never filed them. The excuse was I did not provide all of my documents to them. Which I did. I needed to hire an attorney to retrieve my taxes from them after trying in vain for many months. He gave me every excuse in the book as to when they would be done. I Gave them to him in Oct 2019, finally done in January 2020.
