Your FIRST call should be Susanne! by Megan Pedersen - 11/25/2009Susanne Gustin is amazing. As a close friend to someone she represented – I can say that I witnessed her determination first hand. Susanne is dedicated, thorough, patient, kind, professional, respectful and all out amazing. On more than one occasion, I wondered if she had any other cases (I am sure she did) because the amount of time she spent with my friend and on his case astounded me. I felt like his case was the most important thing in the world to her. I can’t tell you how many late night (2:00 AM) emails I have seen from her. This shows that she works around the clock and fights passionately for her clients. She was angry when we were and always optimistic in our time of fear. She held our hands and gave us hope during this horrible ordeal. She was honest and fair and most importantly – in the end we won. Should I ever find myself in a situation that requires a defense attorney (God Forbid) – she will be my first call and I recommend that she be yours as well.
Unbelievably Amazing Council! by DB-F - 10/01/2009One would be hard pressed to find a more dedicated and formidable attorney. Ms. Gustin has put in more hours than would be respectably guessable in my case. I was charged with 2 counts of child kidnapping and one count of burglary. Ms. Gustin spent many long sleepless nights and used countless resources, both professional and personal, in order to ensure my acquittal. Without her, I could be sitting in prison for 30 years to LIFE for a crime I did not commit. She was in constant contact with me, and made sure all my legal needs were met. I can say without a doubt, that she is one of the best defense attorneys of our time. I’ve seen the wheels turn in her head and come up with new ideas and thoughts on the spot. She is SO dedicated that she was nearly sentenced to jail by the judge presiding over my case because of her desire for the truth of my case to come out. The decision to not hire her as legal representation would be, in my opinion, foolish and regrettable. Brilliant!

I was charged with Criminal theft and Making false statements to the police after being robbed at gun point by the Bearded Bandits. She was able to have my case dismissed and relieved so much stress in my life. She fights hard for you. I would recommend her to anyone. She was well worth my money!
very disappointed ! by Sandy - 08/14/2009After reading the online review, I suggested Suaznne to a family member. He met with her and paid the retainer. Suzanne was supposed to set up a time with the police for him to turn himself in, DID NOT HAPPEN. He was arrested and was in jail for over a week. Suzanne was supposed to help arrange the details, this would be a day of two tops. DID NOT HAPPEN. His family has been trying to make bail arrangement, and she will not even return phone calls. Suzanne was supposed to get a plea deal and avoid court, Her lastest response, "are you getting a public defender? It will cost you $20,000 for me to go to court with you" - HONESTLY! What has this woman done? Nothing! What has been an horrible time for my family has been compounded by her lack of courtesy and absoulte lack of follow through on any of the promises she made. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE, I AM VERY REGRETFUL I EVER GAVE HER NAME TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON!

Susanne Gustin will win your case by AMP - 02/25/2009I had what I thought was going to be an impossible case. A 12 year old step-daughter who accused me of sexual abuse. I was charged with 4 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. I saw Susanne's ad and consulted an attorney friend of the family who said she was great at these cases. She prepared for our jury trial and was the most amazing passionate lawyer I have ever seen. She did all the right things, strategized like a pro, and fought for my freedom like I was a close relative. In the end, her expertise, passion, and refusal to lose, got me 4 NOT GUILTY verdicts.
