The worst!!! Do NOT do business with this crooked dealership. They have so many negative reviews for a reason! The salesman are liars and extremely sleazy. Get up and leave if they tell you they are "looking" for the keys! Just sad!!

Expect to overpay if you shop here. You will be ripped off majorly; new price after all the fees for a used, basic model vehicle.

These guys are amazing!! I've never had such a friendly, pressure free, smooth and confident car buying experience!! From the first contact, to after purchase, thanks to everyone at Susan Schein, especially Brian for going above and beyond for us!!

I have bought 3 cars from the Susan Schein Automotive dealership in Pelham. I have had zero problems from these people. They've always worked with me on price, I got GREAT payments and their service is outstanding. Very pleased and will always recommend.

I had a terrible experience purchasing a car from Susan Shein. Each time I would go in to the dealership expecting to sign the papers, something would happen. There is clearly a disconnect between the employees there, which makes the entire process take much longer than it should. One time I went in to sign papers, and the internet was down. Another time, she told me they weren't ready and to come back. I went back several hours later, and they still weren't ready. I feel like they have no respect for anyone's time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Susan Schein a few weeks ago when I purchased a new car. They were not only helpful, but never made me feel like I was just another customer with a checkbook. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle without the hassles of a high pressure sale.

I hate buying vehicles, but this is a great place to do business with. I finally got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. The staff was great and made it pretty simple.

Talked to someone about buying a truck. He said let me check inventory & call u back in 10 minutes. That was 5 days ago! Don't worry about it now, I found one & bought it in time for Christmas! Thanks

This is a very bad place i used to work there and they ripped people off they give phoney credit scores just ot make your payment higher and they would degrade you trade in value and most salesmen there are very annoying they will call you NON-STOP and they also will rip you off do not give bussiness to these peope

I purchased a used car from this dealership. About 3 weeks later I noticed the Clear coat peeling. I took it back and they repaired it. A few weeks later I noticed another spot. I also noticed a paint run. the car has obviously been repainted. Eric Bowman - General Manager of the dealership was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. He told me "90% of their used car inventory had paint work and I should have noticed that before I bought it" What a jerk. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUSAN SCHEIN. They are not a reputable dealer. I dont know of a reputable dealer that would sell a car that had paint work without revealing it. None of the delerships I have dealt with in the Birmingham area in the past would sell this kind of sub-par vehicle. Now, I have a car that has been repainted and isnt worth anything as a trade. I was taken on this deal.

Great Dealership. Never knew they were here in the birmingham area until I found them on YP.com. Professional, fair and honest. I highly recommend.
