The worst service provider ever! They would not provide an invoice for the services they did and demanded the money without knowing what was done. threaten to put a lean on my home call the cop to come rip out their work. they left a mess in my backyard. told them to come clean it up I said I wouldn't be home until evening they said would come than when my mom went over to unlock the gate the items were gone and fresh foot prints in the mud and yard. They will not respond to emails and I am scared for my property dogs my 86 year old mom and myself. I would gladly pay if they would give me an invoice gave email and they wont send. BEWARE they are bullies and abodes

In 2010, we realized that both of our AC Systems needed to be replaced. So, forth I went on the bidding (price quote) process. I did not know what to really ask, but tried my best to educate myself through reading and talking with the contractors who did show up at our home. Finally, one of the contractors told me what he would recommend (Make or brand) of systems. So, I went for a couple of more bids for this make and model of system. Finally came to Sherrell. Steve Sherrell came to our home and we talked at great length of my expectations. After his second visit, I agreed to a contract for them to install our new systems, to include new AC Condensers (outside units), evaporator coils (Attic units), and replacing poor duct work form the builder (we are not the original home owners). We had to get a loan to pay for these systems. Once that was secured, I notified Sherrell Air Conditioning we were prepared to proceed. That was in January or February of 2010. Everything seemed fine, as we were only using the original furnaces in our home. One day in March, a technician showed up to connect (braze the lines that the refrigerant runs though to the Condensers (outside units) and test them. A few days later, I noticed he left the covers and bolts just laying on the concrete slab where my units sit (poor work quality/ethic). I sent pictures of this to Steve Sherrell. That got fixed. Finally, in May, it was warm enough to turn the units on for the first time that year. The secondary drip pans were filling up with water, and were spilling over into our attic. Three times they sent a tech out to clean our drain pipes in the attic that run form the pans. What I found...through self educating: one evap coil not level, and the drains to that unit connected backwards (in reverse). Meaning the secondary pan was draining into my regular drain and the main drain from that unit was going outside. Finally, the sent out a technician to fix that. I was told by that technician that Steve Sherrell was getting upset with the number of calls we had placed about our units and it was costing him a bunch of money. Hugh sigh.....the next year the unit at the other end of our home ruined our kitchen ceiling, an entire kitchen light fixture as well, full of water, why? They blamed me for not pouring bleach down the drains and they backed up. In reality, the original builder had placed caps on the secondary pan drains, and they did clog up, but why? The Secondary pan on that unit was tilted at an angle AWAY from the drain, so that the pan filled up with water, the just kept dumping the water into the attic, eventually through the ceiling below it (in our kitchen). Is this enough problems for me not to trust Sherrell Air Conditioning ever again, uh, YES IT IS! The costs to repair my kitchen ceiling and replace the fixture, replace a poorly installed secondary AC Drip pan, and have the drains and pans at the correct angle to drain, plus have proper T-Traps installed...lets not go there. I found a Master plumber and a HVAC man who have both been in Business many years and are awesome! The Project Manager who was supposed to "supervise" our job, left that morning and never came back. What does that say about integrity, honest business and doing what a customer is paying you a lot of money to do? What happened to taking pride in a job, especially when your name is on it? For me, it means a lot to know quality matters. The choice is yours people use it wisely. This is to help others know the truth. I only wish for Sherrell to own up, but I refuse to call them back into my home.

Very reliable, very professional!!! They explained to me everything in detail, were very detail, clean and communicated with me everything I needed to know about my HVAC System, maintenance and offered a service contract to help maintain my system and the efficiency. I would certainly recommend Sherrell Air Conditioning and Heating to all of my friends, family and co workers.
