I was absolutely disgusted with the customer service from Bridal Perfections in Davenport. Planning my wedding from a distance, my 2 bridesmaids lived 3 hours in opposite directions from this store. They had to go back for at least 6-7 fittings each. On more than one occasion for both the bridesmaids, they arrived and there was absolutely nothing done on the dresses. They had to wait while buttons and miscellaneous things were finished. This all happened over at least a 5 month period. For two dresses, it was the biggest hassle I dealt with in all my wedding arrangements. You want peace of mind, don't use this company to make your bridesmaid dresses.

The worst customer service imaginable! After the bride was tragically killed in an accident 8 weeks before the wedding, the bridesmaids were told they still needed to pay full price for their dresses. The store owner stated it was just a small shop and "they had to make a profit". Are you kidding me? What kind of people insist on making a profit off a tragedy! I would never do business with them again.
